Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: contact us before ordering if needed sooner or leave a request in the special instructions box upon checkout.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your KESMARA bag. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Returns for store credit or exchange are free

  • How to Start a Return: Email contact@kesmara.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale ( this will be noted on final sale item page)

  • Custom orders

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


International Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping Costs: Free

  • Delivery Times: Transit times vary by location. Most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days, though delays may occur due to customs clearance.

 Duties, VAT & Customs Fees

  • KESMARA is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are typically due at delivery.

  • We cannot mark items as "gift" or understate product values on customs forms, as this violates U.S. and international law.

  • Please check with your local customs office for more information on duties or taxes that may apply.

 International Return Policy

We gladly accept returns from international customers, with the following terms:

  • Return Window: You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: International return shipping costs are not covered by KESMARA. Customers are responsible for return postage and any applicable customs fees on the return shipment.

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

  • Non-Returnable: Custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
