Where is my order?

The Item I want is sold out. Is it coming back?
We are anti mass production therefore some of our items may occassionally be sold out before we replenish stock. if you want to be updated as to when items are restocked, please sign up for our instock notifications shown onthe product page.
What does it mean when an item is for Preorder?
This is when an item sells out quickly. It allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. In certain circumstances, preorder dates are subject to change. Please note that your card will be charged for a portion and when a preorder is placed with the remaining balance due before shipment. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.
Can I change of cancel my order?
Once an orderfor stocked items cant be canceled right away however you can make a return at no cost to you. Changes will be accommodated only for orders if wrong style, wrong color, or wrong size was placed.
If it is a preorder item, you have 48 hours to cancel. just reach out to contact@kesmara.com for this request. unless it is preorder.
What materials do you use and from where?
Kesmara works with premium lambskin and cowhide selected for their texture and longevity. Lambskin is sourced primarily from Italy, while cowhide is sourced from Ethiopia using a more natural processing methods that result in a durable material with distinctive character.
Shipping & Returns
How Long does shipping take?
Most of our orders are shipped 2-3 days from purchase for stocked items. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please email or chat live to speak to a customer service rep who can assist you.
For intrenational orders transit times It can take 3-10 business days due to customs.
How much are duties and tax?
Duties and Taxes will show upon check out.
Do you offer shipping protection?
We insure your order through shipping carrier in any case that it is lost and/or damaged in transit. in this case, please send images immediatly upon receipt for us to file a case through carrier. We will then send a label for you to return item while we process you a replacement to send out.
How do I return my order?
You have 7 days upon receipt to process a return. please email contact@kesmara.com with RETURNS in your subject head. We will email you a return label to send back. Your refund will be processed upon receipt.
All items but be unused, with original packaing and labels.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic and Intrenationla shipping is complimentary. No cost. If you are outside of the US, you will be responsbible for duties and tax which will be shown upon checkout.
